SOURCE OF GOODS

Currently, all our products and services are mostly provided and freight out from China, however there will be instances where the orders can shipped out from other manufacturing sources from other parts of this world.

ORDER PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed and confirmed by 2pm (GMT+8) on working days will be processed on the same day, while orders placed and confirmed after 2pm (GMT+8) will be processed on the next working day. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, which do not include, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

You will receive your order as per stated in the delivery details of the confirmation of orders email sent to your email address after the payment has confirmed to have received.

Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday, except for Public Holidays.

Your preferred delivery date and time serve as an estimation and are not guaranteed, for reasons such as an increase in delivery volume, online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation and stock availability. If we are unable to deliver your order at your preferred time slot, we strive to deliver your order on the same day.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We accept deliveries to hotels. You will have to provide the room number and local contact information. Deliveries will only be made to the Hotel Reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be deemed as delivered. EIIGOO.COM shall not be held responsible for any lost orders due after acceptance of the goods by the reception counter.

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to any PO Box, military and protected areas. Delivery charges for failed attempted delivery to such restricted areas will be borne by you.

Delivery Failure & Charges

Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an invalid/ incorrect or non-existent delivery address or as per restrictions above will be borne by you. Due to the nature of the situation, the rerouting delivery charges will be future advise to you via email for your payment before proceeding to redeliver the order.

ORDER STATUS

You may view your order status in ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ upon signing in.

Your order status is reflected next to your order number.

We regret to inform you that you will not be able to cancel or make amendments to your order once your order has been successfully placed.

SHIPPING STATUS

Your order will be sent accordingly to the designated courier company once payment is confirmed received. You will receive a notification email with tracking number sent to you

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you may be able to track your order by visiting the designated courier company website and use their respective online tracking system of the designated courier company. Kindly note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of the designated courier company.

DUTIES & TAXES

Taxes and duties are not automatically applied to your order. EIIGOO.COM are not responsible for any duties and taxes for your purchase to your respective designated countries, therefore you are responsible to pay for any additional taxes and duties for your order to your respective designated countries. We do not accept tax refund for purchases made at EIIGOO.COM

Online Security Check

Online security check is EIIGOO.COM initiative as preventive measure against credit card and PayPal fraud transactions.

It aims to protect our customers from unauthorized and fraudulent dealings. We might request for additional information and documents for payment verification.

In such situations, your order(s) might be delayed. EIIGOO.COM seeks your kind understanding in the delay of the shipment as a result of online security checks.
