This is the EIIGOO.COM’s Return & Exchange & Refund Policy. The purpose of this document is to inform you of how EIIGOO.COM manages any return, exchange or refund issues for your order.
When you place an order to us via our website or mobile APP, which includes any of the products or services offered by us (the “Products and Services”), you agree and consent to EIIGOO.COM (including its related corporations and business units) (collectively, the "Companies"), as well as their respective representatives and/or agents collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to the Companies' authorised service providers and relevant third parties in the manner set forth for your placed order in order for the issue to be resolved.
This Return & Exchange & Refund Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consent you may have previously provided to EIIGOO.COM in respect of your Personal Data.
EIIGOO.COM may update this Return & Exchange & Refund Policy to ensure that it is consistent with industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. RETURN & EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
Please read and understand the below on our Return & Exchange & Refund Policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-returnable & exchangeable & also non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept any change-of-mind returns and exchanges and refunds - there are no exceptions to this.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return & exchange policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt of the delivered order.
Accepted valid reason of return & exchange are for defective items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
We do not accept returns & exchanges on sale and promotional items, as well as returns and exchanges of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period. We do not accept returns & exchanges of items due to size variance within 0.5 inches to 1.5 inches or 5%, whichever higher, from the size guide provided as it is to be reasonably expected and acceptable within manufacturer guidelines. Several types of goods are excluded from our return & exchange policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to lingerie, leggings, inner wear, swimming costumes, baby products, teethers, etc.

Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
By default, you will be provided with an exchange for the returned product. In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase as credits in our shopping website (if refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
On a case-by-case basis, we may favourably consider your request to exchange an item for a different size or item. This is solely upon the discretion of our store and is by no means an obligation on our part. If a return & exchange is approved, please note that a handling fee of $15 per item will be charged to cover the administrative aspects of the return.
A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item for exchange is out-of-stock and there is no other equal price of the item that you can exchange to. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your log in account in our website within 14 business days or a special voucher code of your amount will be emailed to your email for usage of shopping in our EIIGOO.COM website.
Note: If you do not receive your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, if you do not wish to receive the credits in your account, you will have to drop us an email for instructions.
We will then proceed with your approval and instructions to credit back the applicable refund amount via the same payment mode you have selected for your payment of your selected order.
Typically, you can expect your payment provider to credit you for your refund within 14 business days after we have your approval to process your applicable refund amount to your payment provider.
If you are having trouble locating your refund, we highly recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.
Do note that EIIGOO.COM does not provide reimbursement for costs related to conversion fees, return shipping, customs fees, taxes, postal fees or VAT related costs.
